Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area & country, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. *Your signature may be required upon delivery.

Orders will take approx. 5 business days to be processed but our team works as fast as possible to process faster.
Offer valid for all orders, no minimum purchase required.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore UGG BAY is not guarantee delivery dates. Processing time can take up to 5 business days. Delivery times are approx. 2-20 business days from the shipment date. Please kindly note that Registered Shipping only has limited tracking access and the tracking number will only be valid in your country’s Post Tracking System once it has reached the local postal services for scanning and processing.
